But with all seriousness, let me tell you a little about me.
I have a desire to see people in pictures. From as young as I can remember, I would spend hours just staring at family portraits; of my grandmother’s baby picture hanging on the wall or my aunt’s album with her snapshot that looked just like me. I was always studying those faces.
For years, I would take my camera with me everywhere. Quite frankly, I was just another girl with a camera. Until I used my passion at a time when a loved one was gravely ill. I captured a moment in time that helped us all through the difficult journey. We have the memories, but the pictures let us see how we came together and were a family. A reminder.
This is when I chose to go back to school. Learn my craft. Start a business.
People are my passion. Capturing their essence, a mood, a moment, an image is my craft.
I use state-of-the-art equipment and print with the finest labs. We can shoot in studio with various backdrops, but I also enjoy the outdoors as a background and a mixture of ambient and directional light to illuminate my subjects. This gives a more personal look to your images. Allowing you to have unique fine art portraits to hang on your walls.
Additionally, I work with families who want to theme their shoots. I am happy to accommodate when I can. And, the ideas are just so much fun!
